The aim of the “WomenShade award” is to recognize and celebrate the contribution of women whilst inspiring the future generation of women to achieve their full potential, hence the purpose of the award is two fold, First, to reward women who have shown exemplary skills and secondly to create incentive for other women to build their career and play active role and inspire other fellow women.
