Girls Child is not particularly wanted child in our society and she is discriminated against even before she is born, boy child is often given importance over girl child and hence girl child face multiple form of discrimination. WomenShade Pakistan gives special attention to this issue and through different programmes sensitizes people regarding the issue, creates awareness in the masses for equal respect, love, education and food for girl child.
WomenShade Pakistan organized a essays Compitition on the topic of "Discriminatin against Girl Child. the said compitition was among all Balochistan Girls High Schoolw, and we have recieved overwhelming response, total 225 essayes have been received from all over Balochistan.
at 02 August 2010 a price distributing cermony was held at Adara e Saqafat, Quetta.
